I was the only mandarin CSR for that one group, after the other two has left. I experienced constant racist remarks from the team I was in. Constantly bringing up the terms “ Asian girls are like-“ both in racist and an inappropriate manner. One coworker even messaged me and told me “ thought you quit like the other two”. Unfortunately I experienced bullying behavior from not just that one department I was in. They tried to spread rumors when I only focused on the job or the work I was doing. It’s also normal for the office politics to be directed to other new candidates.

No stability in one position.
