Pros

I have the opportunity to work with talented people who are deeply committed to what they do and why they do it. This is a place that has invested me and my development. I truly believe National Life wants to see me grow and supports me in doing so. I've had more chances to push my potential in my time here than anywhere else and I'm rewarded for doing so. My manager and the team I work with are exceptional. We are a collaborative bunch who care about each other and support each other.

Cons

It has been a busy year (or really 18 months) and we often feel short-handed. We are growing rapidly and sometimes there are growing pains.
