Pros

- You get to make a positive impact on students' lives - The org cares deeply about its students AND staff - It's great getting to get my degree through them - Benefits package is great - The teams are strong and full of talent

Cons

- Leaders/managers can benefit from training people on how to cultivate their team's talents and help them grow -Wish there were more remote options -Pay isn't very high -There's no real room for me to grow in this org for my role
