Love working here. One of the best nonprofit jobs in education I have ever had. Fully remote work culture is a huge perk.

WFH, flexible schedule, some nice colleagues

Cons

Sadly this org has lost its edge. A revolving door at best in terms of staff retention. After two large layoffs and suspicious departures from the org, colleagues continue to drop like flies and who could blame them? There are a few good ones left but sadly their heavy hitters are mostly gone. SMT and ET aside from the CEO really need a refresh.
