A Family-run feel, with corporate support
Pros
I worked here for two years. Every process from receiving inventory, to pulling orders, quality check, packing, and shipping was very streamlined. The size of the staff nearly perfectly balanced having enough people to get the job done without burning out, but not so many that we ever didn't know what to do with ourselves. And the greatest part is that everyone really cared to get to know about each other and help one another out. It used to be a family run business, and even now that it is owned by a larger distributor, the family business atmosphere was still present.
Cons
No cons to report. Just be prepared to hustle, move around efficiently, and wear the appropriate clothing as the warehouse isn't climate controlled. But usually in the winter you'll warm right up after you pull your first couple orders in the morning.
