Pros

I've been with National OnDemand, Inc. for over 3 years now. I have to say, out of any company I've worked for, they really do want you to grow and succeed with them. National gives you every opportunity and resource to become successful, as long as your have the will power and determination to make it happen.

Cons

There's no company out there that is perfect, but there's nothing in my current role that I would deem to be a negative experience.

Pros

While working out of town, they do pay for hotels and 35 dollars a day for per dem. Managers have a credit card they can use to eat on- but the have to call and get approval of how much they can spend.

Cons

Having a company credit card you will have to call for approval to eat and he will give you an amount you can spend. Not too keen on taking care of their workers. Haven’t spent a dime today and been working all day without eating. I was givin a 20 dollar limit. Wanted a good meal road house - my bill was 27 dollars , so I put 19.99 on the card and paid the difference outta my pocket. This is ridiculous
