Pros

My co-workers are about it here in NC.

Cons

The way they treat business partners. I've watched them release 2 business partners in the past 2 months. 1 was leaving and the other was trying to grow. As soon as they released their contract they started calling all of their subs to steal them. I watched them transfer tech from partner to partner without talking to anyone else. I won't be here much longer and they have a constant roll over.
