Pros

Management consistently looks for ways to ensure employees have the tools needed to accomplish their work. Also, the company works with employees when "life happens" to provide flexibility for the employees.

Cons

No downsides with working at National OnDemand. I only see the upsides of working at the company.

None. Nothing. Not even one.

Cons

Poor leadership. Terrible Human Resources Department. Unequal opportunity employment. Biased and unfair. Tolerance and rewards for employees with poor job performance and habitual laying out of work. Allow bullying, name calling and racism.
