Pros

I witnessed two people unjustly terminated from N.O.D. The HR Manager was more concerned with maintaining her position rather than doing what is right ethically - which should have been carefully reviewing the managers reasons for terminations for certain employees which was not based on performance but her own personal biases. The lack of diversity and equity in that particular managers department is glaring. HR was more concerned with optics rather than equality and equity.

Cons

No racial diversity within As-Built Department, department is a white out. HR too fearful to address the real issues, prefers false optics
