-Company vehicle/ phone -All time spent driving is compensated -Easy work -Off saturday and sunday -Up to 65 hours/ week at times

Cons

-Spend more time driving to sites then being on site (3+ hours) -No work/life balance -Travel/ No Travel depends on your location -Management is remote -No local offices -Almost never work with other techs -You will be Micro-Managed -Hours are unreasonable -Techs DO NOT get to choose their availability (Company just assumes you are available from 3am to Midnight on ANY given day of the week)

Pros

They are rapidly growing and care about their employees. They care about your input and ideas and have great core values that extend from technicians all the way to their corporate employees. The CEO even brings breakfast and lunch on occasion and the work culture is top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone considering working here.

Cons

It takes time to get adjusted to the programs they use.

People are great and thats pretty important

Cons

- You would think COVID19 wasnt even happening, to look at how management is handling the return to the workplace. No working from home, at all, for anyone ever, even though everyone just came back from months of working entirely from home. No one in the office is wearing masks or making any effort to distance. I have never seen anyone doing any serious disinfecting. - No paid holidays at all and only two holidays off - Christmas and Thanksgiving. - Accumulate PTO at a rate of one hour per week. Yes, you read that right.
