Benefits Pay was always on time and correct

They'll tell you anything to get you in the door. Management promises things it can't fulfill. Managers don't listen to you and act surprised when things happen you told them how to avoid They expect you to cover for people who can't do their jobs. They work good employees into the ground. It's literally made of employees from former companies that didn't make it, albeit some are just caught in the mix the majority ended up there as a result of failure. It's a giant pecker swinging contest between management to see who can do as little as possible while working lower employees to death and taking credit for their work. "They have the best of everything" even though half of the things are broken and raggedy.

Pros

National On Demand offers those with health complications the opportunity to work efficiently. My remote position of a drop bury coordinator has given me the privilege to practice my work skills in the midst of balancing various health issues that otherwise would prevent me from doing so. The job benefits such as 401k programs, PTO availability, and a compromising management team have made it possible for me improve my work ethic all in the comfort of my home.

Cons

There are currently no CONS for this company. While every job has its challenges, there is nothing affective communication and teamwork can't accomplish.
