Pros

None, with DOGE they let a lot of he go. Some even new hires.

Cons

- You have to pay to park at the federal building that has an integrated parking deck - telework has been cut down to situational (only for continuing operations when it benefits them) - there is currently no union representation - the building is rat infested and right next to five points station where there have been multiple day time robberies and even homicides - they gave out monetary awards to higher grade employees while lower grades did not get any

Amazing work but horrible bureacracy

Pros

Incredible job, cool uniform, like-minded co-workers, working in beautiful locations.

Cons

The headache of applying every few months as a seasonal; jumping through bureaucratic hoops to prove that you're eligible to work the same exact position you've held before; no real benefits as a seasonal.
