Pros

The company is extremely focused on making a positive experience for its employees. Market Research can be a very demanding field with long hours and our c-suite and people operations team are constantly trying to listen to employee needs and make positive impacts.

Cons

Being closely tied to the entertainment industry our company can feel the impacts of things like writers strikes, etc. in our workstreams. That said, again, we have really great leadership steering us through to make the company as stable as possible at all times.

Pros

If you have leadership that prioritizes work life balance, the remote first mentality and flexible work hours are nice

Cons

Since our work relies on client timelines, the heaviness of the workload comes in waves, but that's the nature of our industry.
