Pros

Competitive pay and great benefits. Super affordable insurance plan (I have never pay this little for such a great coverage), transportation subsidy, 100% match and vesting on 401k plan from day one, tuition reimbursements, free snacks, company events, etc.

Cons

The organization is going through some very much needed change at this time, some are happy and some are not. This is not necessarily a negative thing, I don't feel like I am in the dark as communication is being shared with us.... However, people hear what they want to hear and will have their opinions regardless.

Thank you for your insights. I'm happy that you value being a member of our team. We are making changes to realign our leadership with our organization's mission and strategic plan. As you've noted, the restaurant and foodservice industry which we support is dynamic and is constantly evolving and so must our organization.

Pros

Great benefits/ company outings. esp when your not being forced to attend

Cons

Need to reevaluate management from the top to the bottom. Esp Operations and HR Organization is not for the workers that do the work. They are only for themselves.

Thank you for this perspective. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss with you directly. Our organization's team member handbook clearly states that on-the-job intoxication warrants disciplinary action, up to and including termination. We also offer the benefit of our employee assistance program to help team members identify and successfully treat personal problems including alcohol abuse.
