Breeding ground for entitlement and self importance

Pros

Great benefits, stylish office space, some people are very smart and hardworking. Really good benefits, decent pay.

Cons

CEO tolerates, beyond measure, complete ineptitude and fosters an environment of favoritism. Most managers/directors take zero personal responsibility. Many are complaining about the changes that are looming, but they are the entitled, lazy bunch that created the need for the sweeping changes in the first place. Although the space is beautiful, nothing ever works thanks to completely inept officer services ; leadership rarely knows what's going on and never seems to care. A hard-working few clean up the messes of those who come to work drunk if they bother showing up for a full day at all.

Pros

I currently work in customer service. A new director has been brought in that has made very positive and constructive changes that have impacted , in a very positive way, the growth of the company and the customer satisfaction. This includes changes within management, training , protocols/procedures & quality. Awesome benefits!

Cons

The current database along with some of the programs used are difficult to work with, however , management is aware and are currently taking the necessary steps to have this rectified.

Pros

I am very glad to join the NRA team. Lots of smart and driven people working on things that affect change for the restaurant industry. From day 1, you will receive such a warm welcome not just from your team members but from others as well. There is no question to silly; everyone is happy to lend a hand or answer any question. You are also given all the tools you need to do your best. And as other reviewers mention, the benefits are amazing. You barely pay anything for you AND your family's insurance. Free snacks do not hurt either! From a prof development standpoint, my manager is invested in my success and always finds ways to challenge and develop my skills and expand my knowledge. Collaboration with other departments is also always encouraged. If you like to make an impact, this is the place for you!

Cons

There are still siloed pockets in the organization. Some have an us versus them attitude. However, there are some signs that this is being resolved through more transparent communication and cross function projects. Plenty of new people joining who bring different perspective so I hope this helps.
