Pros

People are fantastic, work is never boring -- always lots of projects. Food is amazing -- snack program! Benefits are excellent and there is an openness to professional growth and job advancement.

Cons

Top down communication is poor -- they hate that its not good and are always working to improve things. A lot of silos here and for some people, their jobs become filled with bureaucratic hoops. Demand on staff time is excessive. If you don't like to manage a lot of balls and don't get a delightful pleasure in checking the box on a long list of to do's then you may not want to work here.
