Pros

Am encouraged by the recent changes in senior management (CAO leaving) and believe the organization is making the changes necessary to improve. Negative comments on this site are easily traceable to disgruntedled employees - we all know who they (you) are.....

Cons

Pay more attention to employee feedback - we want you to be successful.

Pros

I am very glad to join the NRA team. Lots of smart and driven people working on things that affect change for the restaurant industry. From day 1, you will receive such a warm welcome not just from your team members but from others as well. There is no question to silly; everyone is happy to lend a hand or answer any question. You are also given all the tools you need to do your best. And as other reviewers mention, the benefits are amazing. You barely pay anything for you AND your family's insurance. Free snacks do not hurt either! From a prof development standpoint, my manager is invested in my success and always finds ways to challenge and develop my skills and expand my knowledge. Collaboration with other departments is also always encouraged. If you like to make an impact, this is the place for you!

Cons

There are still siloed pockets in the organization. Some have an us versus them attitude. However, there are some signs that this is being resolved through more transparent communication and cross function projects. Plenty of new people joining who bring different perspective so I hope this helps.
