Pros

Being a Manager at NSM has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The collaborative culture here truly sets it apart—my coworkers are not only talented and driven, but also genuinely supportive and willing to jump in to help whenever needed. It makes even the busiest days feel manageable and motivating. One of the standout aspects of my role is having a boss who is both encouraging and empowering. Their leadership style fosters creativity, values new ideas, and provides the trust and flexibility needed to do my best work. It’s clear that employee growth and well-being are a priority. Overall, NSM is a place where you feel valued, supported, and inspired to succeed, and I’m grateful to be part of such a strong team.

Cons

I haven’t encountered any notable drawbacks—overall, it’s been an overwhelmingly positive and rewarding experience. That said, there is some opportunity for compensation to be more competitive with market rates, which would make an already great role even stronger. Expanding benefits—such as enhanced parental leave, including maternity leave—would also further support employees and contribute to long-term satisfaction. Additionally, clear pathways for upward mobility and professional growth would make the role even more appealing for those looking to advance their careers within the organization.

Pros

Good team members, able to work remotely

Cons

Pay rate, Senior Leadership, no opportunities for growth, outsourcing is terrible but continues to outsource more. New CEO is replacing knowledgeable leadership with his former team members who do not know the company specialty.

Pros

Helping the customers and remote work

Cons

They want you doing 40-60 orders a day. A call will last 10-13 min with a dr. Call a prior Authorization will take 15-30 min depending how many items are on an order. You work an 8 hr day and they will expect you to do more. Sorry but that math doesn’t add up I guess I should have just pushed orders through instead of reviewing documentation and Order form PPW like others have. They put you on a review and when you ask for help you get a 1 time phone call with manager and touch two orders only in an hour and a half so in four weeks when you ask for support or help you are told sorry we are busy. Training also need a lot of help.
