-Lots of opportunity to change industries -Many different locations to work from -Upward mobility -Training opportunities -College credit reimbursement/tuition assistance with qualifying programs -Great health benefits -Mentorship

Cons

-Some restrictions for foreign travel -Need to pass extensive background check -Limit to certain personal freedoms (ie. no cellphones at work, can't really post much about your job on social media, must report a Financial Disclosure form every single year, etc).
