Pros

Good pay & benefits for the greater baltimore area

Cons

POOR working invironment . You will NOT be treated fairly., If you raise questions or do more that others you will be punished for it. You will NOT have a life when working for the Agency, they will oversee your life and finances. Evaluations will not reward you for your efforts, your raises will depend on who is in front of you in time and grade. So if you want to have a life and not be beat down for having ideas, work somewhere else

Pros

You're working with some of the smartest people in world on the world's best mission - you feel like what you are doing matters.

Cons

The promotion process can be challenging so negotiate for as high a level as you can, and (this may seem petty but) the parking situation is really terrible.
