Pros

Great mission, great coworkers, awesome vacation, sick time, and holidays, tons of administrative leave, very flexible schedule, 40-hour work week

Cons

Promotions are based on time on job, not merit. Many people there are inefficient with their time. Too many layers of management. Can't fire bad workers. Management steals credit for your success.

Cons

Lack of freedom Poor pay for expensive areas (Hawaii) Restrictive workplace rules and regulations The secrecy (cool at first) wears off and becomes annoying
