-Fast growing company with a lot of room for growth and development -Management cares about the employees and many of them came from the field -Company culture is fantastic with everyone very much committed to the company vision and values -Great flagship customers -Recognized in the telecommunications industry as one of the best installers of fiber optic and data center infrastructure -Great training for new incoming technicians
Cons
-They move fast which at times leaves some behind -Company is going through some growing pains as they grow well beyond a small business into multiple geographies -Roles and responsibilities aren't always defined or communicated
