Pros

Great place to work - one of the benefits of working at a smaller agency is you really feel that your contribution directly benefits the mission. Lots of smart people at the NTSB and many, many learning opportunities.

Cons

I get the impression that there has been some disagreement between senior managers on certain policies that have trickled down and are starting to affect the non-supervisors.
