Pros

Fully remote and progressive, flexible culture. Pretty good benefits. Many different teams and departments for internal role movement.

Cons

Very little potential for financial growth. It's hard enough to get the yearly 3% merit raise. Continuous change and the company is still very much mid-merger so adaptability is critical here. Employees are always bracing for the next change.
