Pros

Free tuition is the largest perk that NU offers full time employees. Benefits are also good and lots of PTO. Room for growth.

Cons

Starting pay for an advisor is $31,000, this is shameful and disrespectful to educated adults. This pay is not competitive! Advisors are over worked, and will eventually burn out if they do not promote quickly.

- Amazing Health / Dental Insurance - 403 B retirement plan up to 7% match - Young professional environment - 2 weeks paid vacation with major holidays paid off - Most weekends off - Education benefits

Cons

- Horrible starting salary (medium starting salrary in San Diego for this job is $40k) - Promotions are all based on who is a better brown noser (very political)

For the time being the work culture is nice , co workers are great. Weekends off and paid tuition with the NCU. They do their best to promote a positive work environment and treat advisors likes adults. great training!

Cons

starting pay is low and the environment is slowing becoming like other for profit schools which is killing the culture. constant changes that are not communicated effectively . location is way out in Scottsdale.
