Pros

Medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits, tuition scholarships Friendly staff, 20 paid days off plus 2 weeks paid vacation

Cons

the pay is very very low especially for having a Master's degree living in San Diego (start out at $30k) Too many brown nosers in the company. During events some co-workers want to rub elbows with the higher ups and brown nose to move up and it actually works.

Pros

Freedom to create and develop skills. Lots of student contact if that is what you desire. The students are adults and most are appreciative of assistance. Some great faculty if you look for the gems and listen to suggestions.

Cons

Low pay for experience and responsibilities. That said it is a great place to make a name for yourself in your field.
