Lack of structure or planning before major changes are made Terrible communication Impossible metrics No stability your role, vertical and boss can and does change at anytime Underpaid with no professional development

Great holiday schedule for time off.

Cons

You are doing the job of several people. Most colleges separate these functions. But National University consolidated 3 roles into one and did NOT offer adequate pay for it. Take the job description and run it into either chatgpt and ask what reasonable pay should be or just compare it to other institutions. You will see how unfair the workload and pay is.
