They celebrate the number of years you’ve been employed with NVI, in return helps with promotion vs. strong leaders who develop people, invest their time in the business. -Field will spend thousands on meetings and dinners, drive in flashy cars meanwhile store associates get not annual increases -No growth opportunities even though they tell you there are -Pay matrix is low for all positions especially entry level positions. Staff wears multiple hats and juggles multiple tasks and are getting paid minimum wage or slightly higher.
