Worked here for almost 5 years, no pay raises, no retirement and unfortunately if you are a white middle aged man who isn't bilingual, you will get absolutely no where.

I caught my manager entering her friend's prescriptions under employee's names and she did not even get in trouble. But everyone else was yelled and criticized for making accidents. My district manager was never helpful and it seemed she actually took sides with my manager. Also saw my manager brining in all her friends to pick out sunglasses and then putting them in under her name for discounts. No shame at all. My manager was also extremely lazy and would take lunch for three hours to shop for houses. All of this passed to our DM and she did nothing. I quit before my manager could make me do any more of her job.
