      Production bonus, affordable health benefits compared to many other places, small 401k match, paid malpractice, paid continuing education, generous PTO and floating holidays, annual pay increase, the feeling of being part of a doctor network

      Some stores are more rundown than others, constant staffing issues, too many patients per day, risk of burn out.

      I enjoy working for a company where there is growth, my DM is supportive. The company is always looking for ways to make our jobs more efficient. The company does a great job at keeping up with training and development.
