I have worked in the optical industry for over 20 yrs. I feel very fortunate to work for the National Vision family. They truly care about their employees and more importantly about our customers.

It doesn't matter how you start, it's how you finish. I started out as a receptionist and reluctantly moved from reception to sales to assistant manager to general manager. The company is really big on making sure you are afforded every opportunity to go further and further. They encourage growth personally and professionally. They continue to provide you with the tools to learn the trade. It's a very good company to work for whether you're fresh out of school or coming back into the work force.
