      Pros

      Caring leadership from CEO , VP’s to District Management . Philanthropic. Encourages employees to support underserved people locally and internationally . Provides the tools to do so . Sunday’s off . (Rare in retail) Company surprised it’s employees with 2 additional and unexpected paid days off.

      Hope to see a better 401k match in the near future .

      Pros

      This company will help you develop your skill & help you grow with the company if that’s something you are looking for. Especially if you consider making this a full time job / careers

      Cons

      Although they do help you grow with company it does take time. I have been with them for almost 5 years. Started as sales associate shorty got promoted to full time then key carrie. After that I was promoted to contact lens manager & now I am an eyeglass manager. I feel like getting to the GM position is taking a lot longer than expected. Especially with my experience & knowledge.
