      Pros

      The company is from the top down patient-oriented and supportive of management. Paid time off and floating holidays were great in my first year...now that I'm starting my 6th year they have only gotten better. Consistently geared toward associate development and betterment.

      Cons

      Forms, documentation, etc...occasionally difficult to push to get a form filled out and be compliant with little time to cover the process...true of any management position.
