      as license optician pay is fare when you are a manager . There is good support from company. Good procedures with the covid 19

      salaries are too low so associates dont last long .as manager you need to work looooong hours .

      Great company, Benefits package, good pay, 401(k), ability to move up. All around company support from the top all the way to the bottom. This company is one big team! Go to work do your job do it well and you will get rewarded!

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours are long. And customers are unreasonable, and I don’t believe the customer is always right, but you know the company is going to stand with a customer,Sometimes this can be very frustrating but you just have to move on.
