Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

This place was such a disappointment. They foster a culture of no loyalty while smiling right at your face and it starts at the top. You can work as hard as you can and deliver amazing results for years and management will set you up for failure to cover their own butt. Dont trust a word they say. Trust me, keep on looking for a job because this place is not worth the effort of even printing your resume. Take a look at how diverse of a leadership team they have. They think that jim crow laws are still in effect because you have to go down 3 levels of management before you can even find the first colored person. If you want to feel like your appreciated for the work you do and your skin color doesnt matter, keep on looking for better opportunities.

Pros

Absolutely none. There were none.

Cons

The hours, the pay, the work, the company’s lack of ethics, the district management, the training style, the sales strategies, the unattainable bonuses, the Human Resources that is against you no matter what, the way the district management plays everyone off each other like a worse version of mean high school girls, in order to drive up sales out of anger and jealousy. The demeaning treatment, the way you only get your salary, which is soooo low, if you work overtime. The complete lack of care for employees as human beings. The general trashiness of the whole company. Just trash.

Pros

I enjoyed Food Truck Tuesday.

Cons

Where do I begin. First, there’s no diversity in leadership. Management feeds you a lot of false promises. Your role, title, and manager may change just because they say so. What happened to me was pretty much a demotion, even though they said it wasn’t and they were giving me more responsibility (without more pay, of course). Some management talks down to you and insults your intelligence. I’ve never felt so discouraged and incapable of doing what I’ve had years of professional experience in. They tend to hire/promote people/friends who can not fulfill their duties and you’ll be made to pick up the slack to cover their mistakes. You’ll get thrown under the bus a few times to cover up others mistakes. You walk by some management in hallway, who would rather look down at the floor than say hi to you. The mental abuse I received while working at NVI and other factors forced me to walk off my job.
