      Super organization to work with. Focused on delivering the best value in quality eye care and eyewear at the lowest prices everyone deserves. Cares for employees across the board. We have fun! We are accountable for our actions

      Pros

      National Vision is for far the best Employer that I ever had. They provided with good benefits like Health insurance, PTO and flexible hours. The work ethics is beyond words. From the CEO to down the General Manager they are very emphatic with the employees and care about our individual needs. They are very inclusive and the must diverse work of place. I'm super happy and plan to stay until my retirement arrived.

      Because the location of the store and the demographics, we are very busy, however we alway performed our best.
