Pros

Decent pay, good commission

Cons

Fast paced and not enough staff. Manager forced to work minimum of 45 hours and more. Co-workers do not want to work as a team. Constantly criticize each other and through people under the bus, never take responsibility for their behavior. Stressful environment to be working in.

Pros

Full-time benefits with 32 hour workweek.

Cons

Poor coverage for doctors, especially last-minute, like when really needing a sick day. Optometric tech is under management of the Vision Center, so not much say about what their focus should be on. No control over scheduling, which can be erratic and poor flow. Too much staff turnover, hiring of inexperienced and poor candidates because of need to fill positions.
