      Pros

      Moving up can be available soon since most people don't stay

      Cons

      Commission is super low. Raises aren't easy to get. Management is pretty bad they treat there associates like if it was back in high school gossip about each other. Hourly pay is low as well. You get hassled for not meeting the goals which ideally with so many people are unrealistic.

      Pros

      The culture is phenomenal. The company from the top to the bottom is all working towards helping everyone be able to see and live their best. It's the first company I've ever worked for that actually lives their values. The CEO and CFO treat everyone with respect and provide exceptional support and vision. I read a review earlier that appeared to be one sided so I thought I'd give my perspective. You won't find a better company in the optical industry. Believe me, I've worked for them all.

      Cons

      Like any great company it can be a challenge to keep up with the fast paced environment but that's what I enjoy.
