      Pros

      There's a sense of family in the stores and at home office. I've been given opportunities to do things I never thought I would do (philanthropy and professional growth). I feel trusted. There is a lot of opportunity to grow in the stores if you have the right work ethic and are willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Succession planning at the corporate office, a lot of people do not know where they will go next or what they'll do. Paid parental leave (maternity, paternity, adoption). It's hard to get everybody on the same page.
