      Hiring process was easy and didn't take long

      Cons

      The pay is less than adequate, no retirement or 401 (k) offerred. Bad behavior gets rewarded and hard working employees suffer.

      Pros

      The company gives a great Christmas bonus every year depending on the profits for that year. Hours ranged between 8-5 or 9-6. You also get a free pair of glasses each year no limit on the cost or frame! Unsure of the benefits I opted out due to being covered under my spouse. My manager was a good manager. He also took calls and always helped you out.

      Cons

      The pay sucks! Started out at 11.60 an hour. The job supports retail stores so you don't work on Saturdays but you will be working the day before and after Christmas. This is a phone rep job.

      Customer service oriented, ability to offer affordable eyewear to the masses, good benefits, comparable pay, future growth potential

      Cons

      The only down side is that it is retail... So the hours aren't great... But it is retail so you are open when it is convenient for your customers.
