      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. Company meetings every month with the CEO is great for moral. Always motivate throughout the year.

      Cons

      Professionalism of some of the employees. That is not the company standards. Everywhere else seems to follow the code of conduct.

      Pros

      The pay is very competitive, and the benefits are nice and it is not often you find an optometrist job with paid time off

      Cons

      Patient load can be exhausting, but it can be manageable if you expect it. During the summer the patient load is much less and is a nice break from first quarter

      Great corporate culture, associate-friendly. It is a growing company that does promote form within.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better for all the money that is generated. Also, certain processes should be automated. Company is technologically behind, and it increases wait time spent servicing the customer.
