      Pros

      Great seeing patients in other states and working from home, most benefits (like CE and PTO), are great

      Cons

      Very long work hours, significantly less pay compared to onsite, poor work life balance with working evenings and every Saturday. Micromanagement from non-clinical persons. Poorly trained technicians and not a good working relationship with stores

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with from other departments. CEO one of the most caring individuals I have ever worked with. Very involved with local and National organizations to help people.

      Cons

      IT too many bosses, not enough workers. Contract companies dictate direction things go. Directors tended to have their clicks, if you weren't part of the click you very seldom got recognized. When they lost several upper management, and went public a few years ago, the whole culture of the company changed, not as friendly or as much fun to work with.
