A culture of Racism and Homophobia run rampant from the highest level of corporate to the managers and associates at ground level. The pay is laughably low and in no way is competitive for the industry or markets. They will go out of their way to get rid of any associate who makes too much.

No work life balance at all. They kept making changes to GM monthly bonus requirements and eventually capped the amount you could potentially earn. Didn't pay staff enough to keep them. Always short staffed, not just a COVID thing. There is a huge disconnect between Corporate expectations ie training, staffing and daily operations vs reality of the ability of staff to execute those expectations.
