      Excellent work/life balance, leadership cares deeply about the team.

      Cons

      Decisions from the top are often made too quickly and then rolled back. There appears to be a "throw everything at the wall and see what sticks" approach. It's too top heavy at the moment, with a lot of executives who don't contribute much. Some will often leave or "retire" but maintain consultant positions which just adds to the noise and confusion.
