Pay is horrible Management don’t care or acknowledge you at all

-Field management is awful. They celebrate the number of years you’ve been employed with NVI, in return helps with promotion vs. strong leaders who develop people, invest their time in the business. -Field will spend thousands on meetings and dinners, drive in flashy cars meanwhile store associates get not annual increases -No growth opportunities even though they tell you there are -Pay matrix is low for all positions especially entry level positions. Staff wears multiple hats and juggles multiple tasks and are getting paid minimum wage or slightly higher.
