Pros

GMs have good support from upper management. Staff hiring is generally your decision. Great teams. Great selection of frames and lens options. 1 hour/same day service for 70% of orders.

Cons

Hours can be very long. GM expected to cover all shifts. Training in lab should be mandatory. Was GM for 5 years. Staff bonused every period, I NEVER bonused because my payroll allotment was too short for coverage.
