Little room for advancement. Little to no yearly raises. At times you feel like a "number" instead of a person.

Very petty work environment and alot of gossip between coworkers. Management is hard to get along with. If you are an optician expect to have all responsibilities placed upon your and if anybody makes a mistake management will repremando the optician on shift.nor flexibility or regularity to the schedule. If promised a set schedule expect it to be broken and don't ever expect a raise 7 years and 21 cents .
