Extremely corporate. When you are speaking to your superior managers in the store; the speaking tone they use, techniques, and meetings they hold are all from the higher ups in the corporate office. Absolutely no personalization or supportive store environment. No matter how good you think you are doing corporate will always make a store visit and tell you what you are doing wrong. Always increasing sales goals year over year. No positive feedback from corporate or management. Will mess with your commission based on entire store sales. Never offers stable commission for sales.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The pay is low,stress is high, and the upper management is awful. They give you unrealistic sales goals as well. They do not value their employees and do nothing to try and retain them.Oh and they play favorites too.
