Increasing productivity standards with no raise. EMR system is not user friendly making documentation take longer than it needs to.

Dress code, staff, clients, the FriYAY program. Truly everything with NYAP is a pro!

Cons

The only con is when clients leave or move on. Truly I feel no other cons at all!
