Pros

Meaningful mission and a chance to make a real difference. My coworkers were truly selfless, caring and fine people. Flexible schedule for the most part.

Cons

Management does not communicate. There is a high amount of micromanagement. No room for growth. Company, management and systems stuck in the past. No autonomy, and accomplishments aren’t acknowledged.
